We have an in-depth knowledge of the Prime Central London market and have strong relationships with a wide range of agents and other property consultants.  This, coupled with our expertise in wider residential property issues such as construction and especially leasehold enfranchisement, mean that we are very well placed to identify and exploit opportunities for clients and simplify the complexities often encountered.

We are particularly experienced in dealing with overseas clients who are unfamiliar with the Prime Central London market.  We work closely with our Private Client and Tax teams to identify the best solutions for overseas clients in terms of wealth planning and tax structuring.
