Commercial and Investment Finance
We have in-depth knowledge and experience of the financing of developments and projects.
The team acts on real estate financing matters for lenders from the UK as well as European, Middle Eastern and overseas banks. We have advised on financing the investment and development of a broad range of commercial real estate including hotels, serviced apartments, offices, retail and medical facilities.
We also have advised borrowers in respect of loan and security obligations including syndicated loans.
Development Finance
The team is supported by our excellent non-contentious Construction team within the firm. The Construction team forms an intrinsic part of the wider Property Group and provides essential support on development financing matters to the Real Estate Finance team as well as terms of appointment of professionals, and warranty and construction insurance issues.
We have wide experience of development transactions for commercial, residential and mixed-use properties. We advise clients on developments from small projects up to schemes involving several hundred units.
