Campbell is an Associate in the Commercial Property department, advising on a broad range of real estate matters.
His practice includes the acquisition, disposal, development, leasing of commercial real estate and real estate finance.
Campbell qualified in New Zealand in 2018 and joined Edwin Coe in mid-2022, bringing with him extensive experience across high-value property transactions, complex refinances, and portfolio deals.
Campbell works with UK and international companies, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), domestic and overseas lenders, and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of real estate matters.

Campbell’s experience includes:
Advising lenders and borrowers on security and due diligence in real estate finance transactions in excess of £20 million.
Acting both borrower and lender side in portfolio financing involving more than 10 properties.
Representing clients in the acquisition, disposal and management of retail, hospitality/pub, and office sites.
Representing well-known landlords and tenants with lease grants, renewals, surrenders, and other leasing arrangements.
Acting for an international purchaser on the acquisition of a vacant central London office building with hotel planning consent for in excess of £50 million.
Advising on the sale and purchase of development sites, at various stages of development.
