The UK Authorities have seized 61,000 Bitcoins from the fraud, currently worth approximately 30 billion RMB. Victims of the fraud are entitled to claim a portion of that Bitcoin which represents their fraudulently obtained investment and which, given the rise in Bitcoin’s value, is now worth significantly more than the investments made.
