
James is a Senior Associate within the Property team and joined Edwin Coe in 2015. He graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with a law degree and has completed a Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. He has also gained an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School.
James has extensive experience in advising clients on a broad range of property transactions and specialises in advising a mix of owner-occupiers and investors on the sale and purchase of high value residential properties. James also advises clients on all aspects of property finance, including equity release, and has experience of acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to residential lease extensions.
