He acts for both lenders and borrowers on complex real estate finance transactions and advises UK and international businesses on commercial real estate matters.

During his training contract, Timi completed seats in Insurance Disputes, Intellectual Property and Corporate at Edwin Coe, together with a Real Estate seat at another law firm. Before joining the firm, he worked as a paralegal in the Banking & Finance team at a national law firm and as an in-house paralegal at a technology company.
