Timi Kuye

Timi acts for lenders and borrowers on complex investment and development real estate finance transactions including bilateral and syndicated loans, revolving credit facilities and refinancings. He also advises UK and international businesses on a range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals and lettings.

During his training contract, Timi completed seats in Insurance Disputes, Intellectual Property and Corporate at Edwin Coe, together with a Real Estate seat at another law firm. Before joining Edwin Coe, he worked as a paralegal in the Banking & Finance team at a national law firm and as an in-house paralegal at a technology company.
