French Inward Investment

The French Inward Investment Department of Edwin Coe offers a broad range of services to meet the requirements of our customers.  Working with other departments within the firm, we provide contentious and non-contentious advice to companies of all sizes, including commercial law, employment, real estate, tax, and intellectual property services. Our clients are businesses who are considering or are already established in England, and from very varied business activities and sectors.  They are either private individuals or commercial enterprises, both French or foreign, with an interest in establishing and investing their projects on British soil. Due to our knowledge and understanding of the multicultural issues and challenges that can arise, we have the advantage of being able to support our clients through the process and facilitate the decision relating to their legal and commercial strategy, their location and the monitoring of their long-term development.

The team is headed up by Alexandre Terrasse, a lawyer with over 15 years experience. Alexandre is a member of the Advisory Council of the Chambre de Commerce Française en Grande Bretagne (CCFGB).
