Charles joined Edwin Coe as an Associate within the Property team in March 2022. He graduated from Durham University with a Law degree in 2018 and completed the LPC the following year. He trained at a city firm and moved to Edwin Coe on qualification.
Charles works in various areas of Real Estate, including commercial and residential transactions, commercial leasing and property finance. Charles’s clients range from property development and investment companies, individuals and lenders. Charles has a particular focus on development projects.
