Webinar – Employment law and furloughing

As part of the government’s package of financial assistance for businesses during the current Covid-19 crisis, the ‘furloughing’ of employees via the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme is being taken up by many employers who would otherwise have laid off staff completely.

Whilst this is a government-offered scheme, employment law prevails over all contractual dealings with employees. This webinar will help navigate some of the employment law aspects of the scheme and it’s interaction with other existing measures.
