Katherine Simpson to chair and speak at the Leasehold Enfranchisement Update – Online Half-Day Conference

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that Property Partner Katherine Simpson will be chairing and speaking at the Leasehold Enfranchisement Update – Online Half-Day Conference on Wednesday 25 November 2020. With the possibility of leasehold reform in this Parliament, this half day online conference covers a wide range of very topical issues in leasehold enfranchisement. It will be delivered by six speakers, all of whom are experts in this difficult and complex area of work.

Katherine will be discussing, how valuers and solicitors work together in enfranchisement in addition to a review of the Law Commission’s report on valuation in enfranchisement and leasehold reform.
