Construction Law Update – Spring 2024
The construction sector has seen a vast amount of change in the past two years. While much focus has been on cladding and higher-risk buildings, the Building Safety Act 2022 in fact has industry-wide impact. As well, the Courts have had a busy year, resulting in many developments of which construction professionals need to be aware.
Join our Head of Construction, Brenna Baye for our spring Construction update seminar during which she will review numerous developments including:
- the new building control duty holders and their responsibilities;
- the increasing use of two-stage tendering for procurement, in particular for projects which are subject to the new building control regime;
