Katherine Simpson to speak at the Association of Leasehold Practitioners Virtual Conference 2020

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that Property Partner Katherine Simpson will be speaking at the Association of Leasehold Practitioners (ALEP) Virtual Conference 2020.

The conference, being held from Monday 12 October 2020 until Thursday 15 October 2020. COVID-19 has resulted in a challenging time for us all, personally, and professionally. In the middle of this pandemic, our sector also received the Law Commission’s long-awaited reports into the future of home ownership, which threw leasehold, commonhold and Right to Manage back into the spotlight. We will be covering its recommendations during ALEP Conference Week 2020.

Katherine will be discussing, Getting the structure right: An exploration of the main initial considerations including participation agreements and tax on Monday 12 October 2020 and SDLT and Collective Enfranchisement Claims on Tuesday 13 October 2020, alongside Alastair Hutchinson.
