As a trainee at Edwin Coe, the work is varied and challenging and you are given responsibility and a high level of client contact from the moment you start. However, the fee-earners are genuinely approachable and you are always given the support that you need.

A particularly attractive feature of the Edwin Coe training contract is the extent to which you work closely with partners who really invest time in your training. That each trainee shares an office with a partner means that, instead of receiving feedback on your work in a vacuum, you are able to ‘see how it’s done properly’ on a daily basis. Now I am a Partner myself, I enjoy supporting our trainees as much as possible.

Edwin Coe is a very sociable firm and there are many opportunities for trainees to get involved. There is a netball team and a football team that each compete in leagues with other firms and the social committee organises a number of events throughout the year which enjoy firm-wide participation.
