Simeon Gilchrist to speak at INSOL Europe Annual Congress 2019

We are delighted to announce that Restructuring & Insolvency Partner Simeon Gilchrist, will once again be attending and speaking at INSOL Europe’s Annual Congress which will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark between Thursday 26 September – Sunday 29 September 2019.

As part of the technical programme, Simeon will chair a panel session, titled “Recognition of (insolvency-related) decisions – when Brussels Regulation, European Insolvency Regulation & UNCITRAL Model-Law cross path” which will take place on Friday, 27 September 2019 from 16.45 to 17.15.
