The team represents a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from leading corporates to high-net-worth individuals in the London High Court, Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Cases abroad have included proceedings in, and those domiciled at, the British Virgin Islands, Dubai, Russia, and India. The team is involved in disputes across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, working alongside foreign experts through close links with overseas firms and our membership of Ally Law, a foundation of international lawyers enabling the firm to offer global resources to clients at rates commensurate with local custom and practice.

Our arbitration specialists are instructed to resolve disputes, and enforce awards, under the international arbitration rules of institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, UNCITRAL, and DIAC. As specialists they are also members of various arbitral institutions, such as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, LCIA and ICC. The team is made out of solicitors, barristers and internationally qualified lawyers. Arbitration & International Disputes

Edwin Coe’s arbitration team has experience on a broad range of matters and in many arbitration centres, particularly under the rules of the LCIA, ICC and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. We deal with all types of disputes, but in particular cross border disputes and ancillary court proceedings for urgent protective measures such as injunctions and the appointment of receivers. We provide a hands-on partner-led service with a commercial and strategic approach.
