Edwin Coe is delighted to be hosting a breakfast networking session with Women in Property on Wednesday, 12 September 2018. We will be joined by Charlotte Lascelles, Women’s Life and Leadership Coach, who will be discussing creativity, happiness and leadership.

In summary of her talk, Charlotte writes, “The call for women to step into their potency as leaders has never been louder or greater. Yet in order for a woman to truly lead, she needs to be grounded and anchored in her power. She needs to trust her ideas and creativity, feel emotionally secure, and above all believe in herself when the world around challenges her.

The solution lies in harnessing the transformative power of the right-side of the brain. The right-brain plays a crucial role in our happiness and fulfilment, and yet its core attributes of creativity, emotion and intuition are much under-valued in modern culture. Learning to access the right-side of the brain, heals not only our life and relationships, but also teaches us how to become the visionary leaders at home and at work, that we truly aspire to be.

Charlotte Lascelles is a Women’s Life and Leadership Coach, specialising in creativity, happiness and innovation. She has trained extensively in the fields of Western psychology (psychotherapy, coaching), and Eastern mysticism (yoga, meditation and shamanism). She holds an M.A from Oxford University, and prior to becoming a Coach worked in finance; first at Goldman Sachs, and then at several of the UK’s leading social venture and innovation funds.
