The TUC have reported that nearly one third of people are bullied at work. Bullying and harassment is not necessarily always obvious or apparent to others, and may happen in the workplace without an employer’s awareness. However, it is serious and reported incidents are increasing.

This seminar, run as a case study, takes a bullying case from the first complaint to its final conclusion and guides employers through what can be a potential minefield of conflicting responsibilities. It also provides up to date guidance on the use of settlement agreements and on how to deal with vexatious claims.

This seminar will be of particular interest to HR professionals and Team Leaders.
