Megan is an Associate in the Property Litigation team. She joined Edwin Coe in April 2021 having previously worked at another leading firm in London, following qualification in September 2019.
Megan acts for a wide range of clients, from private clients, property developers, agents, management companies, landlords and tenants on a broad range of contentious matters. Megan has experience in advising on both commercial and residential property disputes including possession, property ownership disputes, dilapidations, debt recovery, service charge disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and adverse possession.
Megan is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
