Eleanor joined Edwin Coe LLP in June 2019 and is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team, who advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes.

Eleanor acts for a wide range of clients, from private clients to high profile PLCs, in relation to contentious commercial and residential property matters. She advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property related disputes and her main areas of work include lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), exercising break options, dilapidations, applications for consent to assign/sublet, arrears recovery, forfeiture, trespass, rights of first refusal and enfranchisement rights. Eleanor also works closely with the Property team, providing strategic advice to avoid litigation where appropriate.
