
Eleanor joined Edwin Coe LLP in June 2019 and is a Senior Associate in the Property and Trusts Litigation Team, skilled in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution for both residential and commercial properties.
Eleanor acts for a wide range of clients, from private clients to high profile PLCs with a particular focus on landlord and tenant matters. Eleanor has vast experience advising on all aspects of commercial and residential property related disputes including development issues and vacant possession strategy, forfeiture, debt recovery, lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), nuisance issues, exercising break options, dilapidations, service charge disputes, contractual issues, trespass and rights of light.
Eleanor works closely with a number of our other teams across the firm, notably the Property team, providing strategic advice to avoid litigation where appropriate, and the Insolvency team to navigate complex disputes in the insolvency setting.
