Alex joined the Restructuring & Insolvency team at Edwin Coe as a solicitor in January 2024. His work involves supporting the team on a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters. He has experience in insolvent sales, interim applications, and proceedings to recover funds for the benefit of an insolvent estate. He enjoys supporting teams on complex or niche issues concerning for example competing interests in a fund, especially involving mortgage or charge security.
Alex graduated with a Law L.L.B. from the University of West of England in 2018 and completed a L.L.M. in Commercial Law with a Merit from the University of Bristol in 2019. He also completed a LPC with a Distinction in July 2021 from the University of Law. Prior to joining Edwin Coe, Alex trained and qualified at a city London law firm.
