Privy Council

The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council is the court of final appeal for the UK overseas territories and Crown dependencies, and for those commonwealth countries that have retained the appeal to His Majesty in council, or in the case of Republics to the judicial committee. Edwin Coe LLP is one of the few firms who are authorised to handle cases before the Privy Council and we have more than 30 years’ experience of acting as Privy Council agents in connection with civil appeals.
