Land Registry Property Data

On 28 November 2013, the Land Registry made its data on prices paid for properties available to download for free.

This includes records of sales at full market value lodged for registration since January 1995. This will be very useful comparable information for valuers and those looking to purchase properties as they can compare house prices.
