Edwin Coe advises on the sale of artificial intelligence start-up

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it advised the shareholders of Della AI Ltd on its sale to Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of professional information, software solutions and services.

Della AI is a provider of leading artificial intelligence technology based on advanced natural language processing. Their innovative technology allows legal professionals to review contracts in multiple languages by simply asking questions. The company was founded in 2018 and now employs 16 professionals based in London and Paris.

Edwin Coe’s cross practice team on this transaction was led by Corporate Partner Jamal Saleh, working alongside Henry Wright (Corporate Associate) and Katie Braddell (Trainee), with contributions from Ali Zaidi (Restructuring & Insolvency), Linky Trott (Employment) and Nick Phillips and Carlos Sharrock (Intellectual Property).
