Edwin Coe advises healthcare specialist on acquisition of Five Mobility Group
Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that a team led by Alexandre Terrasse, with support from Greg Horsford and Henry Wright, has advised Winncare MHL Limited, a part of the Winncare Group, on securing a majority interest in Five Mobility Group. The acquisition marks Winncare’s continued strategic expansion within the mobility and healthcare equipment sector. This transaction is the second acquisition that Edwin Coe has successfully completed for mobility and care solutions specialist Winncare, reflecting the strength of our ongoing partnership.
Five Mobility is an independent supplier of bariatric and specialist equipment in the UK, specialising in beds, mattresses, seating, toileting and hoisting equipment for acute, community, long term care and home care.
Commenting on the deal, Alexandre Terrasse said: “We are delighted to have supported Winncare in their acquisition of Five Mobility Group. This transaction aligns with their strategic growth ambitions and reinforces their position in the mobility and healthcare sector. We look forward to continuing to work with our client as they pursue further opportunities in the market.”
