Training
We offer a broad range of training options for business.
This includes:
- Training and advice on the duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. This can be to the whole workforce or just to the HR/Management team for subsequent roll out and will include template risk assessments and staff surveys as part of the overall process.
- Training and advice to Overseas HR departments managing staff in the UK. We provide details of the main employment protections enjoyed by staff in the UK to identify the most likely ‘challenges’ that could arise and common pitfalls. Where possible we will tailor the training to the specific contract and handbooks templates provided and adapt it to reflect the client’s business and most like areas of risk that could arise. The objective of this training is to give the overseas HR team confidence when managing staff in the UK and an insight into the possible ‘red flag’ issues that may arise when local advice should be taken.
- Training and advice on post termination restrictive covenants and the enforcement of the same; where possible tailored to the specific restrictions required by that particular business and to include advice on internal processes and protections to enhance the possibility of enforcement.
