
Rachel joined Edwin Coe LLP as a Partner in 1998 to found a dedicated Employment Team within the firm, dealing with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Rachel, now a Consultant, provides advices to both businesses and senior executives. She represents a diverse group of employers, large and small, on restructuring, outsourcing and supports the Corporate Team on mergers, acquisitions and disposals. In acting for both employers and senior executives, she has a wealth of experience in all types of Tribunal claims, particularly whistleblowing claims and High Court actions dealing with breaches of fiduciary duties, shareholder disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants and bonus claims. She also advises on partnership disputes.
