George Orman

George is an Associate in the employment team.  He advises senior executives and employers on all aspects of employment law across a wide range of sectors including financial services, IT, real estate, media and communications.

George has extensive experience acting on complex, high-value and sensitive matters for senior employees and directors. He is often instructed to negotiate and advise on exit packages, restrictive covenants issues and associated litigation. He also advises individuals in relation to contractual and commercial terms at the outset of, or within, employment.  George has been praised by clients for providing “exemplary legal advice” in a “personable way” and for “providing the guidance needed to make the right decisions”.

What impressed me most about George’s work with us was not that he listened carefully to Lisa and I before giving his considered advice and taking instructions. It was that he always had Lisa’s health and well-being as our most important consideration, never because it could be a negotiating lever, but he genuinely cared. I always felt Lisa was in safe hands and that was a great comfort for her, particularly when she was so unwell. For that I will always be very grateful.
