
George is an Associate in the employment team. He advises senior executives and employers on all aspects of employment law across a wide range of sectors including financial services, IT, real estate, media and communications.
George has extensive experience acting on complex, high-value and sensitive matters for senior employees and directors. He is often instructed to negotiate and advise on exit packages, restrictive covenants issues and associated litigation. He also advises individuals in relation to contractual and commercial terms at the outset of, or within, employment. George has been praised by clients for providing “exemplary legal advice” in a “personable way” and for “providing the guidance needed to make the right decisions”.
George also acts for a wide range of employers typically involving contentious disputes and litigation but also day-to-day HR matters (including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy procedures, drafting and review of employment contracts, consultancy arrangements, and settlement agreements).
George is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
