His experience includes complex Employment Tribunal claims involving whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, victimisation and unfair dismissal. Elliot also has experience in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal, where he was involved in a successful appeal which established junior doctors’ rights to bring whistleblowing claims against Health Education England. Elliot also advises on employment related matters involving civil court proceedings and arbitration matters.
Whether acting for an individual or a company, Elliot focuses on understanding his client’s concerns, motives and desired outcome.
