Edwin Coe advises on London Stock Exchange main market listing of Canadian-based natural resources company Cloudbreak Discovery Plc

Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that it has advised Novum Securities Limited, as corporate finance adviser and broker, on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) main market listing of Cloudbreak Discovery Plc (formerly Imperial X Plc). It was previously listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE).

Imperial X Plc is a natural resource investment and exploration company, based in Vancouver, Canada. Its strategy is to acquire, develop, and manage a diverse portfolio of mineral assets in the natural resource sector, primarily in the Americas and Africa. On admission to the Official List the company will change its name to Cloudbreak Discovery Plc.

Edwin Coe’s growing Corporate team has enjoyed a string of successful ECM deals since the start of 2021 acting for a mixture of issuers, nomads, brokers, funders and financial advisers across various sectors and exchanges.
