Daniel is a Corporate finance partner and joined Edwin Coe in January 2021.
Daniel advises on all aspects of corporate law, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and VC investments and fundraisings and equity capital markets transactions including flotations and secondary offerings on the official list and AIM. He has particular expertise in the real estate, TMT leisure and hotel sectors and his clients including entrepreneurs, SMEs, funds, Nomads and brokers.
Examples of recent transactions include:
- Advised FRP Trading Advisory Limited as joint administrators of Truphone Limited, on the pre-packaged sale of the business and assets of Truphone to TP Global Operations Limited, a vehicle ultimately owned and controlled by well-known entrepreneurs Hakan Koç and Pyrros Koussios.
- Advised on the sale of a £60 million portfolio of six care homes to Impact Healthcare REIT plc, a UK healthcare real estate specialist investment trust.
- Advised on the placing of a 19.99% stake of More Acquisitions plc by a group of high net worth individuals.
- Advised Dowgate Capital Limited as sole broker on an accelerated bookbuild fundraising for Ondo InsurTech Plc.
- Advised the owner of Stanley Davis Group, the leading company formations and property search business on its sale to Dye & Durham, a competitor based in Canada.
- Advised the well-known hair care brand Bleach London Limited on a £5 million VC investment led by a consortium of VCs, led by Mobeus Equity Partners.
