Edwin Coe advises on Eurasia Mining’s private placement on AIM to fund mineral exploration joint venture

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it has advised H.C. Wainwright & Co., as placement agent, in a private placement of 53.3m of Eurasia Mining PLC’s ordinary shares to institutional investors for gross proceeds of GBP £14.12 million.  The transaction also included warrants over Eurasia Mining’s ordinary shares on a one for one basis which on exercise will raise a further £14.12 million.

Eurasia Mining PLC is an international mining and mineral exploration company focussed on Russia and is listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.  The funds raised are planned to be used to finance Eurasia’s joint venture projects with Rosego, a Russian government multidisciplinary geological holding company which provides a full range of geological exploration services. The JV assets includes open pit palladium (a rare platinum group metal), platinum, copper, nickel and cobalt deposits in Russia, where Eurasia has carried out due diligence including over 20km of exploration drilling and some twelve thousand samples.
