Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it has acted for SPARK Advisory Partners Limited and Oberon Investments, acting as the NOMAD and Broker respectively, in relation to the placing of, and subscription for, new ordinary shares in MyHealthChecked plc, with the goal of raising approximately £3 million.
MyHealthChecked plc is a Cardiff-based consumer home-testing healthcare company which is listed on AIM. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to launch their women’s fertility products into the retail sector and to develop a pipeline of new products, alongside a smartphone app in order to capture data. MyHealthChecked is also planning to increase its headcount to support these commercial activities, more than doubling its team by December 2022 and increasing the required marketing investment to accelerate commercial growth.
The Edwin Coe team was led by Russel Shear, who commented “I am pleased to have worked with my colleagues at SPARK Advisory Partners and Oberon Investments to successfully complete this transaction for MyHealthChecked. I wish them every success with their exciting expansion plans.”
