Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that it advised Tethyan Resource Corporation on the proposed sale of 100% of its issued share capital to Adriatic Metals PLC, by way of a Plan of Arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

Tethyan is a precious and base metals mineral exploration company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. It is focused on the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt in Eastern Europe, mainly Serbia, where it operates two brownfield development projects, Kizevak and Sastavci, and has a large prospective landholding on the Tethyan mineral belt.

Adriatic is a dual listed (ASX and LSE) precious and base metals explorer and developer. This deal diversifies Adriatic’s portfolio and positions it as the leading Balkan base and precious metals developer.
