Jamal Saleh joins Edwin Coe’s Corporate team
Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it has strengthened its Corporate team with the appointment of Jamal Saleh as a Partner. He joins the firm after 7 years in the Corporate team at Withers, having trained at Slaughter & May.
Jamal advises on a wide variety of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions including private mergers and acquisitions, private investments, joint ventures, partnership and LLP matters and restructurings.
He has a particular focus on private capital investments, often involving family offices and high growth companies, while his sector expertise includes sport, automotive, technology and hotels and hospitality.

Since the start of 2022, Edwin Coe has grown with the addition of a new lateral hire Partner in Clare Gilroy-Scott (Employment) and promoted three Senior Associates to the Partnership – Sophia Bompas (Restructuring & Insolvency), Oliver Pannell (Insurance Litigation) and Sundeep Rathod (Immigration).
