Edwin Coe boosts Corporate team with the addition of an experienced Senior Associate
Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it has strengthened its Corporate team with the appointment of Greg Horsford as a Senior Associate. He joins the firm after 6 years in the Corporate team at Withers, having trained at Linklaters.
Greg predominately advises on private mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, as well as on partnership and LLP matters, with experience acting for both corporate and individual clients across a diverse range of sectors.
