Edwin Coe advises on the sale of Total Security Services to G4S
Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it advised the shareholders of T.S.S. (Total Security Services) Limited on the sale of its entire issued share capital to G4S Secure Solutions UK.
T.S.S. is a family owned security business, with over 6,500 front line staff, providing over 11 million hours of guarding services each year to some of the UK’s largest retailers, such as Tesco and Morrisons. The acquisition will strengthen G4S’s position as a major UK provider of security services.
