We regularly advise Senior Executives with Board appoints on exits and disputes to include careful consideration of the time of any resignations, fiduciary duties arising, the regulatory impact (if any) of any resignation and the impact of public announcements (where relevant).
Our work in this area is frequently combined with employment issues arising and the protection of LTIP, RSUs, Stock Options, Carried Interest, Institutional Strip and similar Senior Executives performance incentive plans, to include consideration of the relevant documentation to advise on entitlements and ensure any separation documentation properly provides for the same.
