However we also understand that litigation is not always the objective and that the best resolution can include a desire to resolve the issues arising whilst preserving the employment relationship. In those circumstances, we provide considered strategic advice to achieve that objective whilst at the same time, protecting our clients’ position for the future should preservation of the relationship not prove to be possible in the longer term.
Where matters become more contentious we offer a responsive, strategic and commercial service and are highly specialised in raising your concerns effectively to negotiate appropriate exit terms, which will include wider issues than simply the compensation that will be paid.

We have a depth of experience in assisting Senior Executives in managing burnout and stress and similar issues which frequently arise within the workplace. Our primary aim is usually to help facilitate better management of the issues by the employer but where that is not possible, we advise on appropriate exit terms.

We are frequently asked to advise individuals on exit to include tailored advice on exit terms and how to achieve the desired outcome in both regulated and unregulated sectors.
- Advice and Prosecution of claims
Were there has been a breakdown in the working relationship we work with our clients to identify the claims, assert them, seek settlement and where that does not achieve the required outcome, we will help our clients prosecute their claims either in the Employment Tribunal or the High Court.
