BSA cases: what can we learn from the first quarter of 2026?
With the Building Safety Act (“BSA”) showing no signs of slowing down within the construction industry, we welcome the thoughts of James Frampton, Barrister at Keating Chambers, as he reflects on the first quarter of 2026 by reviewing three key BSA cases:
- the first contested BLO decision in Crest v Ardmore; and
- the latest word on RCOs following – the Upper Tribunal’s decision in Vista Tower and the FTT’s in Canary Riverside Estate.
As well as looking at learnings and takeaways from these cases, James will also share his views on what we can expect over the next year and beyond.
Who should attend:
The seminar is suitable for construction professionals, in-house legal staff, commercial directors and other decision makers. This is a complimentary seminar.
