Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that Frank Strachan and Alison Broadberry have been named within eprivateclient’s 50 Most Influential 2017.

Frank Strachan, Head of Tax, specialises in tax dispute resolution, advisory services for high/ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices and tax compliance services. Frank has more than 20 years’ experience in tax dispute matters and has a background as a specialist adviser in respect of HMRC enquiry and investigation matters.

Alison Broadberry, Head of Private Client, acts for high-net-worth UK and non-UK domiciled clients on a wide range of tax, trust and estate planning matters. She advises on and creates structures to hold, protect and pass the wealth of her clients to minimise tax and maximise protection against threats such as remarriage, divorce of beneficiaries and family disputes etc.

On receiving the award Frank commented “I am delighted to be recognised in the profession by my peers as one of the 50 most influential by eprivateclient. I couldn’t have achieved this without the support of my team who are without doubt the most committed, hardworking and professional team of tax advisors I have ever had the pleasure to work with.”

Alison stated “I am thrilled to have been named again within the 50 most influential by eprivateclient. To have made the top 50 list, especially given the outstanding competition in the marketplace, is a great accolade and I would like to thank everyone that nominated me.”

The eprivateclient 2017 50 Most Influential began with an open call for nominations for UK and Crown Dependency based professionals with a shortlist then drawn up from the nominations. In selecting the 50 Most Influential, the quality and quantity of nominations were considered. Factors such as the nominee’s position, achievements, career progression and who made the nomination were taken into account. These, along with PAM Insight’s knowledge of the sector, were used to draw up the definitive list of those deemed to be at the forefront of shaping private client work.
