Swansea Bay tidal lagoon and Edwin Coe
Edwin Coe advised Tidal Lagoon (Swansea Bay) Plc on its public offer to raise £10 million (of which £5 million was under Enterprise Investment Scheme) to fund the second stage of development of a 240MW tidal lagoon power station in Swansea Bay.
