XRapid: A fast-evolving group which developed the first commercially available app that has the functionality to quickly and accurately diagnose a major disease. It went on to develop an automated microscope to detect fibres in air samples.
Ogury: Advising a major investor in Ogury, a company which has become the leading mobile data company, providing the most comprehensive, 360-degree view of global user behaviour across both app and mobile web usage.
Hubbis: A fast-evolving group which developed the first commercially available app that has the functionality to quickly and accurately diagnose a major disease. It went on to develop an automated microscope to detect fibres in air samples.
Maximuscle/Maxinutrition: Nick Phillips acted for Maximuscle from 1995 when it was a one-person operation assisting with trade mark protection, commercial and IT contracts, and trade mark infringement and advice. Business built up to a multi-million pound entity and acted for them through two rounds of private equity investment. Business sold on in 2010 to GSK for in excess of £150m.
