Madeleine Frary
Madeleine advises individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, executors and personal representatives across contentious and non-contentious matters, acting in both High Court litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. Her work has an increasingly international focus, encompassing cross-border succession disputes and multi-jurisdictional trust and estate claims.
She qualified in September 2026, having completed seats in Contentious Trusts and Estates, Property Disputes, Restructuring & Insolvency, Private Client and Intellectual Property.
Prior to her training contract, Madeleine worked as a Legal Secretary in the Property & Trusts Disputes team at Edwin Coe for four years whilst studying for her law degree. She also worked as a Legal PA in the Private Client department at Howard Kennedy whilst completing her LPC. Before entering the legal profession, she spent four years working in financial services.
Madeleine graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Essex in 2022 and achieved a Distinction in the LPC from BPP Holborn in 2024.
