Ian Gilmour

Ian is a consultant with the Commercial Property team.

He deals with a broad range of property work, including:

  • Landlord and tenant.
  • Site acquisitions and disposals.
  • Investments.
  • Portfolio sales and purchases.
  • Secured lending.

He is also experienced in dealing with property aspects of corporate transactions.

Ian qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and joined Edwin Coe’s Property team in 2001.
