Lush inks warehouse deal for recycling operation

Cosmetics retailer Lush has signed a ten-year lease on a new warehouse in Poole as part of its sustainability strategy.

The 40,128 sq ft detached building at Fleets Corner Business Park will house the Lush Greenhub recycling operation for empty product bottles and containers returned by eco-conscious customers as part of its Bring it Back scheme.

Property consultancy Vail Williams acted in the deal on behalf of Lush, which is headquartered in Poole and has 951 stores globally selling vegetarian bath bombs, haircare, skincare and makeup.
