Dayalan began his career at a large accountancy firm, where he advised clients on a variety of matters including international tax issues, inheritance tax and estate planning, shareholder exit strategies, and HMRC disclosures.
He has worked with a broad range of clients, from fast-growth entrepreneurs to multi-generational families and their wealth structures, helping them manage their tax affairs efficiently while ensuring their wealth and succession strategies align with their personal and commercial objectives.
Dayalan is an ACA-qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a First-Class Honours degree in Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
