Edwin Coe advises on acquisition of luxury Cornish Holiday Cottages and Spa development
Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it advised a private buyer on their purchase of Whalesborough Holiday Cottages and Spa, following a confidential marketing process.
The development is located on the North Cornwall coast near Bude, comprising more than 411 acres, a range of residential properties, a five-star holiday letting business with substantial development opportunity to further increase the number of units on site. There are also purpose built facilities including a restaurant and bar, leisure club and other recreational pursuits.
Edwin Coe’s team was led by Property Partner, Joanne McIvor and Corporate Partner, David Kinch and with support from other members across the firm, namely Neil Flynn (Property), Michelle Ansah (Corporate), Ruth Hickling and Elliot Francis (Employment).
Joanne commented “I’m delighted to have successfully completed this transaction – one of a number of similar acquisitions that Edwin Coe has acted on over the past few years. We’d also like to wish our client every success with their future plans for Whalesborough.”
