Working with Ruth during a very stressful time was an absolute pleasure. She was incredibly responsive from the first call - and indeed I was in her office within 24 hours of that call to urgently agree on a strategy given my particular circumstance. The strategy was very smart, and whilst I felt very confident, Ruth was always carefully setting my expectations and clearly explaining risk throughout the whole process. Thanks to Ruth I secured a very strong outcome that surpassed my expectation, and Ruth worked incredibly hard and long into the night to secure my final agreement. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
