Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it has advised H.C. Wainwright & Co., as placement agent, in a private placement of 41.5m of Eurasia Mining PLC’s ordinary shares to institutional investors for gross proceeds of GBP £11 million.

Eurasia Mining PLC is an international mining and mineral exploration company focussed on Russia and is listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. This is the second transaction that Edwin Coe and H.C. Wainwright have worked for Eurasia Mining this year. The first placement in May raised GBP £14.12m. This second deal is intended to fund the next stage of Eurasia’s joint venture projects with Rosego, a Russian government multidisciplinary geological exploration company. The JV is focusing on mining platinum group metals and battery metals (nickel, copper and cobalt) that are ‘future facing metals’ in relation to the fast-growing hydrogen and EV markets respectively.
