Edwin Coe LLP is delighted to announce that it has strengthened its Corporate team with the appointment of Daniel Bellau as a Partner.

Daniel joins Edwin Coe after 11 years at Hamlins LLP where he was a Partner and head of the corporate team having previously been a partner at Memery Crystal LLP.

Daniel undertakes all aspects of corporate law, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and VC investments and fundraisings. He also advises on equity capital markets transactions on the Official List and AIM. He is recommended for his M&A and capital markets work in the current edition of the Legal 500 UK, including being listed as a Leading Individual for M&A deals up to £50m.

His clients include entrepreneurs, SMEs, funds and AIM Nomads and Brokers.  He has particular experience in the real estate, TMT, hotel and leisure sectors.
